A collaborative of individuals dedicated to the leveraging of practical, cheap, and efficient solutions to modern softwares that require a decent amount of technical skill, one could say. All of us have a deep background in the services and advice that we offer. As well, our individual expertise in each of the subjects upon which we consult range from almost every software you could imagine, to more complex topics such as environmental compliance, or land ownership/abstracting services. Mike Ostrager

Experience

Oversight of the parish’s internal and external enterprise deployment of all ESRI products, particularly Web Experiences, Dashboards, and Web Apps.

Oversaw all database management and field data collection, processing, and visualization for Section 10/404 Clean Water Act permitting, USACE permitting, and bridge replacement/construction permitting services. Used multiple geospatial software's: ArcGISPro, QGIS, Manifold, etc. My work involved the development of techniques for analyzing and visualizing digital elevation models and imagery datasets. Additionally, I conducted land title searches and abstracting for various assessor’s offices in LA. Served as a drone operator for collecting nadir and oblique imagery using Pix4D and DroneDeploy.

Directed a crew of biological and environmental monitors in the context of seismic surveying in an established wetland ecosystem/habitat. All work performed in collaboration with state and federal regulatory agencies and industry partners to develep and implement the best best practices for minimizing the ecological effects of seismic operations.
